Fried chicken is delicious, burgers are not bad, but I don't know why I wouldn't particularly revisit the restaurant unless a friend invites me... It's really not bad at all, but it's quite subtle!

The most impressive thing was definitely the fried chicken; it's really tasty, but you can't order it separately, only as part of a set meal, which has to come with a drink. I have to say, the drinks made by Burger Made are really very ordinary... 😂

The Mexican spicy girl burger is quite tasty, spicy enough and pretty juicy, but you have to eat it quickly, otherwise it gets a bit greasy when it cools down!

Inside the restaurant, there are super cute cats, and you can tell that the owner put a lot of effort into the decor!

I was drawn to this burger shop online, and I happened to see that Fooday had also recently recommended it, so I decided to check it out!

Located in the alley between #SongjiangNanjing MRT Station and #NanjingFuxing MRT Station, BURGER MADE presents a very eye-catching American cartoon minimalist atmosphere right from the entrance. If I had to describe this place in three adjectives, they would be "minimalist," "bright," and "cartoonish."

I particularly love their overall color scheme. The atmosphere from the entrance to the inside is very comfortable, with sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the interior's white main color paired with retro shades of orange, blue, and yellow is quite charming. 🧡🩵💛

I also really like the row of large yellow island seats; you can see that vibrant yellow from outside the shop. There are a lot of retro cartoon figurines on the tables, like dwarfs, Tom and Jerry, and characters from the Fujiko F. Fujio series. Plus, there's transparent glass overhead, allowing plenty of natural light in, which uplifts the mood!

As for the service, there was only one young guy at the counter who looked quite young, but there was an incredibly cute and tiny shop cat! It’s a Ragdoll cat! 😍 The cat is super long and adorable, often walking around between the seats and lounging on the counter, not shy at all. You can take pictures with it or give it a little pet, which is very therapeutic!

The menu is just a simple page, offering about 6-7 choices of burgers, which can be paired with a fries combo or a fried chicken combo.

As someone who doesn’t eat beef, seeing a pork chop option on the burger menu was like finding an oasis in the desert—how delightful! Just having a pork chop option could earn them an extra star! 🌟

The pork chop was grilled to be very juicy, and the meat wasn't too tough, making it delicious and appetizing. Although it wasn't as thick as I imagined (I saw other customers' beef patties were super thick), the taste was indeed better than expected. Therefore, I would recommend non-beef eaters to give this dish a try!

I had both the fries and fried chicken this time, and I personally highly recommend pairing it with the fried chicken. Their fried chicken has a very crispy skin, and the meat is very juicy and tender; the fries were a bit ordinary but not unpleasant either!

Sorry, I miscalculated with the drink. Originally, a standard soda like cola would have been good with the meal, but I insisted on paying extra to swap it for a $150 blueberry milkshake. It looked very eye-catching in purple and blue, but it tasted… very chemical-like, and the cream on top made the whole milkshake quite heavy, not suitable to have with the burger. I can only say that when eating a burger, cola is the more reliable choice.
