Boiled pork belly sprinkled with sesame, served with soybean paste and wrapped in pickled cabbage and cold spicy garlic chives. The flavors are rich, and I personally really liked it.

Chive and Shrimp Pancakes
These pancakes have a lower batter content and are cooked until they're fragrant and crispy, with plenty of shrimp.

Crispy Thick-Sliced Matsusaka Pork
The flavor is pretty average. The Matsusaka pork is stir-fried with raw onions and scallions.

Dinner reservations are nearly full, so it's recommended to book in advance. This time, we waited about an hour on-site for a table. The popular Kimchi Roll with Pork Belly was sold out, but we were lucky to get one portion of the pre-ordered boiled pork belly. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, with a 10% service charge.
