The Korean home-cooked dishes in the old house are delicious and homey. Although they may not be stunning, they definitely make you want to come back.
Soybean Paste with Small Tortoise Eggs
Soybean paste mixed with potatoes and mushrooms, served with small balls of rice wrapped in sesame oil, is slightly spicy and fragrant with sesame - it looks special and tastes good.
Boiled Pork Belly (requires advance reservation)
Boiled pork belly sprinkled with sesame, served with soybean paste and wrapped in pickled cabbage and cold spicy garlic chives. The flavors are rich, and I personally really liked it.
Chive and Shrimp Pancakes
These pancakes have a lower batter content and are cooked until they're fragrant and crispy, with plenty of shrimp.
Crispy Thick-Sliced Matsusaka Pork
The flavor is pretty average. The Matsusaka pork is stir-fried with raw onions and scallions.
Makgeolli Rice Wine × Sprite
1 can of rice wine × 2 cans of Sprite.
Dinner reservations are nearly full, so it's recommended to book in advance. This time, we waited about an hour on-site for a table. The popular Kimchi Roll with Pork Belly was sold out, but we were lucky to get one portion of the pre-ordered boiled pork belly. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, with a 10% service charge.
