The beef cheek is stewed very tenderly, and the aged curry flavor is not as spicy as Indian curry nor as sweet as typical Japanese curry, which suits my taste well. The marinated egg yolk on top of the rice is super tasty, complementing the rice perfectly. A cup of broth and pickled radish will be provided with the meal; it's simple but shows the owner's effort. -
