What’s very unique is that the bread in the store is all handmade!!!
I just had the opportunity to chat with the landlady.
Only then did I know that sour seeds have been tested many times over and over again.
Eventually it became what you can eat in the store now.

The first taste is that the skin is crispy
The acid that comes with it is rich but not irritating
The sweet aroma is slowly released during chewing
Definitely the best sour variety in Hualien!!!!!

I rarely eat out in Hualien, so it’s rare for someone to make an appointment for breakfast. It seems to be a newly opened restaurant.

The atmosphere in the store shows the store's care. The only thing that bothers me is that the fragrance in the store is too strong, and the fragrance becomes smelly...

Smoked Salmon with Caramelized Onions (320)
The portion size is medium, and it feels a bit expensive in terms of price, but the ingredients are relatively practical.
The salad is delicious, and the oil and vinegar sauce I chose is a bit sour and appetizing.
As for the sandwich, there is a lot of smoked salmon, which goes well with their own caramelized onion cream cheese.

I shared a small bite and thought the spice chicken was quite delicious! Travelers also liked it.

I didn’t eat this one because there was some orange drizzle on the sandwich, and I personally hate citrus.
But people who order this dish always say it’s delicious.

There is a discount of about 30 yuan if you add some with the meal. I'm not sure because I didn't order it.
But I also had a few sips of coffee from my travel companions, and surprisingly found it to be a delicious American style! No bitter taste!

Overall, it's a pretty good quality shop. If you plan to visit Hualien, you might want to consider making arrangements. However, there is only one person working in the kitchen, and the waiting time for meals starts at 30 minutes. If you have a tight itinerary, it may not be suitable for you to go.
