From Chuyiyipiaoweijiang originated from the well-known Old Braised Thirteen Spices located in Hualien's Bo'ai District, and after moving to the Youyi Village Cultural Park, it changed its name to the current one.

Today, I enjoyed Thirteen Spices Clear-Braised Beef Noodles, Spicy Noodle Salad, Radish Soup, and Stir-Fried Water Lily, totaling about 400 NT dollars.

Thirteen Spices Clear-Braised Beef Noodles:
The blend of Thirteen Spices varies from store to store. Generally, it refers to spice powders primarily made from Sichuan pepper, star anise, fennel, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, dried tangerine peel, ginger, and other spices.

Although the Thirteen Spices Clear-Braised Beef Noodles are mainly clear-braised, they possess a rich traditional herbal fragrance. The thin noodles are chewy and not overcooked, accompanied by plenty of scallions and cilantro, creating a very harmonious overall taste. The beef is tender with a rich aroma.

If you don't eat cilantro, you can choose to omit it from the menu, which is quite considerate.

Spicy Noodle Salad:
Also made with the same chewy thin noodles, it is complemented by scallions, cucumbers, and spicy sour beans. The minced meat with sour beans and the spicy dressing whets the appetite.

Radish Soup:
The soup base is rich and fragrant with a gentle flavor, and the diced radish melts in your mouth. It's a simple delicious dish that soothes the stomach after tasting the Spicy Noodle Salad.

Stir-Fried Vegetables:
Standard stir-fried water lily, fresh, crispy, and tasty.

Overall, it is a very tasty beef noodle shop. The restaurant often has four kinds of chili oil available for personal preference. Of course, please do not waste.

My personal favorite is the Thirteen Spices Chili Oil, which has a medicinal flavor with a beefy spicy base. Whether mixed in noodles or used as a dip for side dishes, it's a delight.

The restaurant is filled with an artistic vibe, elegant and comfortable. After dining, you can stroll around the park to help with digestion.

The old military village dormitory has been skillfully decorated by the owner. There is a retro and nostalgic style inside and outside the store, which makes people feel very comfortable.
The interior decoration gives people a homey feeling, and every dish looks delicious under the warm yellow light.
The outdoor green corridor... allows people to relax.
This shop is connected to the salty porridge shop next door, and you can order meals from both shops at the same time.
Thirteen-spice braised beef noodles: The soup is also good, and the meat is cooked to a moderately soft and chewy texture. It is very suitable for elders with bad teeth.
The technique of frying eggs and rice grains in egg fried rice is pretty good.
The zucchini omelette is also a meal that can be ordered. The zucchini is very fresh and sweet. It is topped with egg liquid and fried until it is slightly caramelized. It goes well with some salt and pepper.
There are also some desserts in the store (in the refrigerator).
Super earthy egg pudding, rich in flavor.
There are also a wide variety of hot sauces that you can pick up for yourself (those who love spicy food will definitely love it!), and the prices are quite affordable. They are all the boss’s specialties, making them perfect for gatherings with friends.
