There is a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle

Not many meal options on the menu
But it can surprise us again and again

Mainly divided into brunch breakfast plates and sandwiches
All come with vegetable salad and soft-boiled eggs
What we ordered today is
— Handmade Sour Seed/Spice Chicken
— Tuscany/Smoked Salmon with Caramelized Onions

What’s very unique is that the bread in the store is all handmade!!!
I just had the opportunity to chat with the landlady.
Only then did I know that sour seeds have been tested many times over and over again.
Eventually it became what you can eat in the store now.

The first taste is that the skin is crispy
The acid that comes with it is rich but not irritating
The sweet aroma is slowly released during chewing
Definitely the best sour variety in Hualien!!!!!

It was so delicious that we just ordered an extra serving.
Different from the common sweet taste
You can taste the rich frankincense in Tuscany where you live
It also has a little salty flavor of cheese
Just right for people who don’t like sweets

For the main dish, we originally wanted to order one chicken/pork each.
But the pork happened to be sold out🥲
The boss lady suggested trying their smoked caramelized salmon.
Greatly changed my impression of smoked salmon
