I heard that the pork knuckle is this restaurant's specialty—
It's quite a famous good choice.

On that day, we ordered the pork knuckle to share,
and it was paired with various dipping sauces.
Indeed, it was a high-quality pork knuckle, a good choice!
Not overly greasy,
each piece would make you want to eat a few more!

As for the other brunch items, they were somewhat forgettable.
The ingredients and flavors were good, but nothing particularly stood out. 😆

For example, we ordered a beef brunch option,
but unfortunately, the portion of meat was quite small.
It was also paired with yogurt and toast,
but nothing special about it.

On that day, perhaps because it was a holiday afternoon,
there were more customers.
As a result, the pancakes dessert we ordered came quite late.
After we mentioned it to the staff, we still waited a long time for it to arrive.

raisins, dried cranberries, pineapple, cucumber, and tomatoes.

We chose sherry vinegar for the dressing; it has a slight sourness that cuts through the heaviness.
The saltiness of the German pork knuckle is just right with this salad.

This plate includes roasted chicken thighs, honey-glazed smoked meat, and German pork chops,
along with authentic German sausages which have a solid meaty texture.
The brunch comes with a drink, and we chose iced Americano.
Surprisingly impressive – it has a strong coffee flavor and is really tasty.

They are delicious thick-cut crispy fries, though they lack the truffle flavor.
However, the garlic flavor is quite strong, and there are lots of garlic bits.
If you’re after truffle, you might want to skip this dish.
