Where it originated is somewhat unclear.
The JS Jinxian second-generation store said that they originated from the Jinxian Zhongyan store, but it is unknown whether the brand origin of only this second-generation store is there or all of them.

What I enjoyed today was shrimp roll rice, 120 yuan.

Shrimp Roll Rice:
I don’t have a particular preference for shrimp rolls, but sometimes I’m too lazy to eat chicken drumstick rice or pork ribs rice that have bones to deal with.
I just feel like that today.

There are four shrimp rolls in total. The skin is crispy, the inside is soft, and the shrimp meat has a distinct aroma. It is a pretty good main dish.
Although compared with a whole piece of ribs, chicken drumsticks or roast pork, the amount is really pitiful.

The side dishes were a bit sloppy, the cabbage and kelp were quite average. I have forgotten what the other one was, and it didn’t taste very good.

The store's chili soy sauce is quite good, the spiciness, saltiness and aroma are above average.

Overall, it is a decent box meal restaurant.
It's not bad, but sometimes the birth and growth of a brand doesn't depend on whether it's really delicious.
Or maybe it’s because I didn’t order the Kung Fu dishes from this restaurant.
