The egg yolk was rich, and the tobiko was popping, mixing perfectly with the fried rice, making it incredibly delicious😍

I mixed it all together, and the dashi flavor was strong, with plenty of cheese and mentaiko, while the softness of the tororo was fluffy and tasty🧀

Everything, especially the tobiko fried rice, was delicious✨
