This is "Chess Piece Roast Goose" in Tsim Sha Tsui, which has been recommended by quite a few people on Threads. I happened to walk by and decided to give it a try; the restaurant was quite crowded.

I ordered the roast goose leg rice ($123). Although the price isn't exactly cheap, the goose leg that was served was quite substantial. The skin was roasted to a shiny crispiness, and when you bit into it, it was full of aroma. The goose meat itself retained its juiciness and wasn’t dry at all. Paired with the restaurant's sweet and salty sauce and hot white rice, it was very satisfying. There was also a bit of blanched greens on the side; while it was just a garnish, it balanced the overall meal quite well.

Another dish we ordered was the two-meat combo rice ($68), and we chose char siu and roast pork belly. The char siu had a pronounced sweetness, and the meat was tender and not dry; the roast pork belly featured crispy skin that was sufficiently crunchy, with the lean meat not being dry and the fatty part not too greasy. Adding some yellow mustard sauce enhanced the flavor, though it was a bit on the salty side.

Overall, the dishes at this place were quite flavorful. Although the roast goose leg is a bit pricey, it lived up to its price point. If you like roasted meats, it's worth a try.
