During my time living in Hualien, this restaurant became my first choice whenever I wasn't sure what to eat. It's not just a vegetarian place to go to, but it’s also a restaurant I often crave for vegetarian meals. Even without meat, it can still firmly satisfy my appetite.
Personally, I don't enjoy restaurants that have a religious vegetarian flavor, so I would definitely avoid them when eating vegetarian food. However, I never imagined that vegetarian dishes could be this delicious!!! Let's start with their rice; at the standard level of a buffet, it’s so good it makes me want to cry. The grains are distinct, and even when soaked in soup or sauce after being cooked thoroughly, it still maintains the bounce of the rice grains. How come? I even specifically asked a girl helping out in the restaurant, but everything seemed so natural—it's just cooking rice, haha. However, the variety of rice must have been specially chosen.
As for the dishes, they don’t hold back on keeping the food warm, so no matter when you go, the dishes you buy are always hot! This alone beats many buffet restaurants. Moreover, the cooking methods aren't just limited to boiling or stir-frying; they also have dishes like fried tofu. Every dish has its own delicious aspect, and even meat lovers would fall in love with this vegetarian buffet! Lastly, I got to know the staff, and I highly recommend it~
