I ordered the spicy tonkatsu curry. They asked if I wanted cilantro, and I requested it with cilantro. The thick, pink meat was abundant with cilantro. Next to the tonkatsu, there was cabbage, beets, and turmeric rice. The tonkatsu, cut into bite-sized pieces, was crispy, moist, and juicy, and it was delicious just on its own.
Even though it was spicy, it wasn't too hot, and it had a refreshing aftertaste that was delightful. The curry sauce was thin, and the tonkatsu was tender with almost no strong flavor, making it tasty. If I had to be picky, I'd say there could have been a bit more sauce to make it perfect. Additionally, I recommend the topping of thick tonkatsu or beef cutlet made with black-haired wagyu. In particular, the beef cutlet has a beautiful pink cross-section and a moist texture from being fried rare, which is simply irresistible. Please note that the beef cutlet is limited to 10 servings for both lunch and dinner.
If you're looking to enjoy delicious curry in Kitashinchi or Umeda, this place is definitely a safe choice. Thank you for the meal!
