"The night market is too crowded, it’s really hard to take food photos, so please bear with me🥺" by Sister
<About the meal🥣>
I ordered three items: sesame oil pig liver, broccoli, and baby corn, totaling 110 NT dollars. Personally, I think it's a bit expensive for the quantity, but the pig liver is really quite tasty.
I think the seasoning for the pig liver is just right; not too salty or bland, and it has a soft texture when you eat it.
The broccoli is cut into pretty large pieces, so it's not easy to fit in one bite, which might be something to pay attention to for children.
There are about three baby corns, and they go quite well with the pickled vegetables they provided.
I asked the owner to add chili; it was a little spicy, but already spicy enough. If you can't handle spice, you might want to be careful.
<About the staff👨🍳>
The boss and the boss lady handle the preparations and the cooking separately, but they wear gloves when collecting money… this is subjective🫠
<About the environment🐾>
Located in Keelung Night Market, it’s honestly not very easy to move around because of the crowd, but this place has quite a few diners. If you’re brave enough to eat pig liver, you should give it a try.
