羽燒肉 YU SHAO ROU
A new solo barbecue restaurant called "Feather Barbecue" has opened in Kaohsiung. It uses a self-service ordering system, and while there aren't many seats in the shop, the environment is clean and comfortable.
The set meal prices start from 320 NT dollars and include freshly sliced meat, side dishes, and a bowl of miso soup. The unique thing about the miso soup is that it can be heated directly on the grill, making it richer and smoother in taste—surprisingly delicious!
Although the meat slices are cut a bit thin, the portions are quite generous, and the rice is served in a large bowl, so one set meal is very filling.
Among everything, I highly recommend their chicken, which is cleaned very well. Grilled until the surface is slightly charred and then dipped in a special sauce, it's salty and fragrant—super delicious with rice!
