Below are the ordered items and prices 🔻
🔺 Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles + Miso Egg Soup $100
The large cold noodles (+10) are truly huge! The noodles are perfectly cooked, soft yet firm and very tasty! The shredded chicken is chicken breast and is not dry at all; the garlic seasoning is not too strong or maybe it’s just not there (?). I’m not sure if I mistakenly tasted other dishes that messed up my taste perception 😆 The miso soup is rich and delicious, and it’s a whole egg, not just egg drop! 😍 The toppings include tofu, bonito flakes, and green onions.
🔺 Chicken Braised Rice $55
The shredded chicken is the same as in the cold noodles, and there’s a lot of lean meat in the braised pork rice, which is great and I love it! Plus, it comes with delicious braised tofu cubes, but the white rice is a bit too soft and mushy—what a pity.
🔺 Garlic Pork Slices $50
The pork slices are cooked just right, and they go really well with the ginger sauce.
🔺 Chive Dumplings $80
A serving of 10 pieces is quite expensive, and they tasted average.
The table comes with utensils and a menu; there’s a self-service area with sauces, and tissues on the wall.
The dining space is bright and spacious, and the owner operates alone but serves food super fast!
