This time-honored fish ball shop is located near Exit 1 of Ximen. The fish balls are made fresh every day. Many people will make a special trip to buy fish balls. The decoration was just renovated a few years ago. It is very new, although there are not many seats. Table availability is pretty fast, and you don’t have to wait too long during peak hours.

• Signature soup noodles/95 yuan:
  The signature soup is a little bit of all popular products, including fish balls, meat soup, flower soup, mushroom balls, fish cakes, the signature Fuzhou fish balls, etc. You can choose to add winter noodles, rice noodles or noodles. The soup is thickened. The thicker one tastes obviously sweeter, very similar to the southern taste. If you feel the taste is not enough, there are some seasonings you can add on the side. My personal favorite is the signature Fuzhou fish balls. Be careful when eating them as the fillings are full. The full gravy will spurt out, and the fish cakes are also quite crispy. It is recommended to enjoy them as soon as the noodles arrive.
