Holiday lunch, busy business with two or three tables
The advantage is that the portions are quite large for this price, the ingredients are good, and the seafood is very fresh.
The disadvantage is that the temperature of the baking pan is very low. After adjustment, it does not feel warm all the time and cannot force the fat out, so the wagyu beef with beautiful oil cannot be used perfectly. It is like using Shufei...it doesn't turn over even when turned over. Yellow, maybe it’s because of my poor skills, but it lacks a bit of barbecue atmosphere.
In addition, the food was scattered. The set meal included tempura chawanmushi soup and rice, but some of the dishes were missing when it was served. The main meal also felt like it took a long time to cool down, and the seafood plate was not served until an hour later, right? We don’t know if the contents of our meals are all there. The waiters are all foreigners and don’t speak much Chinese. We don’t know what the contents of the dishes are. We don’t know if we ask questions😂😅
It is commendable that the tempura was fried well and the rice was quite fragrant, but the soup was not quite to my taste.
There’s no comment yet.
