Located in the South Airport Night Market, "Mingxiang Pork Over Rice" 🐷
The South Airport Night Market has always been one of my favorite night markets.
I think many of their dishes are quite good! 👍🏻

The name of this place sounds really cute! 🤣 Pork 🐽 over rice—
There’s still quite a line!
However, many customers are taking the pork over rice to go 🍱

If you want to order oyster omelet or shrimp omelet 🍤, you might want to place your order first
since you can get it a bit faster! 😀

1. Oyster Omelet
   I specifically told the owner that the outer layer should be a bit crispy,
   and it was indeed somewhat crispy.
   However, I felt the starchy part inside was still a bit soft, sticky, and somewhat thick.
   I'm not a big fan of that,
   but there were plenty of oysters!
   The sauce flavor was also decent. 🙂

2. Pork Over Rice 🐖
   It comes with main meat, napa cabbage, egg, and vermicelli.
   The pork in their pork over rice is sliced into pieces,
   which is quite special. 😂
   It should be three-layered pork—
   I think it tastes quite normal. 😂
   Nothing particularly stands out—
   but the price is reasonable, and it's okay as a takeout.
   However, if I went all the way to the South Airport Night Market,
   I probably wouldn’t specifically seek this out. 🤣
   Because this portion is quite filling,
   but the wow factor isn’t high enough, haha!
