A Japanese Wagyu barbecue specialty store with a simple, clean, and bright environment. The seating is not crowded, and there is no smell of grease. There is also a dedicated staff member to help with grilling, perfectly showcasing the knife skills for cutting the beef and grilling it to perfection.
This time, we ordered the mania set for four people at 5,880 TWD, which includes three types of beef tongue and various cuts of beef with different textures. Although each cut is only one piece per person, the variety is extensive. Personally, I appreciate this combination when it comes to Wagyu, as some cuts can be quite fatty; if you have a favorite, you can order more. There is also a rib-type cut, which today is ribeye. After grilling and resting, it’s grilled again and then sliced, making it extremely worthwhile. The service is friendly and the grilling skills are professional; I really enjoyed it.
