A very special hot pot, located next to the main road, with a clean, bright, and comfortable environment. There are private rooms as well as tables, and it uses a steam pot. The ingredients are steamed in order, and you eat one type after it’s ready, while the essence of vegetables, seafood, and meat is retained at the bottom of the pot to steam the rice, which is quite unique.
The ingredients are all very fresh, including shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops, abalone, and grouper, as well as various fresh and sweet vegetables, beef, and pork. The final rice dish made from the pot's broth is very delicious, showcasing the essence of the meal. Table service only requires you to speak, but it seems to be in a set meal format.
