The Rabbit Egg Pancake is located on the first floor of the Wanxiang Building on Andong Street.
The Wanxiang Building is quite a well-known failed project in Taipei's real estate scene.
However, due to its excellent geographical location, the bustling atmosphere of the first-floor storefront has never faded, while the third floor houses a famous inn.
Today, I enjoyed a winter melon lemonade, priced at 40 NT dollars.
Winter Melon Lemonade:
The winter melon flavor is very refreshing, and when combined with the tangy lemon, it becomes even more delightful.
Topped off with plenty of ice, it’s a perfect treat for a hot summer day.
The drinks are just a side offering; the main attractions are actually the egg pancakes and various baked goods.
They serve freshly made treats like rose-shaped egg cakes, various egg tarts, and breads.
Overall, it’s a dessert and beverage shop that makes you want to revisit.
The drinks are quite good, and the desserts look very tempting.
If I get the chance to pass by again, I will definitely stop by to buy egg pancakes or rose-patterned egg cakes.
The shop's Facebook indicated that they will be closed for business in August due to some matters and will reopen in early September, so I’ll check it out then.
I recommend it to everyone.
