This noodle stand has been in the alleys of the market for a long time🥢. It's a place I've been eating since I was a child🤣🤣🤣. Even after moving far away, I still think of it and make a special trip to eat here. In the past, there were only a few small iron tables and chairs next to the stall, but over the years it has expanded into a store and branches. More and more people are starting to recommend it.

After drawing up the menu, the owner gives you a numbered ticket. When the food is ready, they call your number based on where you are seated.

A simple bowl of dry noodles paired with a few side dishes makes me feel completely satisfied after eating. If you can handle spicy food, I recommend the butter dry noodles; if not, the lard dry noodles are a good choice. The fragrance of the butter and lard mixed with the chewy noodles is delicious bite after bite. If you like sesame sauce, you can order the signature noodles (butter + sesame sauce). The two sauces blend well together and enhance the aroma.

I especially recommend the red oil dumplings. The red oil is super fragrant, slightly spicy but not overly so. The mildly sour and spicy sauce with the little wontons is something you can't stop eating once you start. It's this flavor that makes me come back for more.

No noodle meal is complete without classic side dishes. Every one of them is delicious, such as the seaweed and white radish, which are well marinated. Drizzled with the restaurant's special soy sauce, they are perfect with drinks🤣. I highly recommend their flower tofu – you must order it👍🏻. It's stewed in the rich beef soup, and each piece is filled with the intense flavor of the broth but still has a nice texture – I strongly recommend it👍🏻.

During meal times, almost every table is full, but the wait is worth it. The restaurant is open until four in the morning, so if you're not sure what to eat for a late-night snack, you can come here! 😋
