Hsinchu has a well-known local restaurant that is very popular, with many seats and quick service, but you still have to wait a bit. The environment is average, and there is a parking lot nearby, but there aren't many spaces available. It's a specialty shop focused on duck meat.
Every time I come to Hsinchu, I basically have to eat here. Stir-fried duck blood, duck intestines, and rice noodles are must-orders. They are delicious, with generous portions, and the prices are not expensive. There are also many braised dishes to choose from, highly recommended.
