This is a store I will definitely visit every time I go back to my hometown.
The store is not big, but because its signature red pork is very famous and it is located near Qishan Old Street, there is always an endless line of people queuing up to eat during holidays.

Our family usually does a lot of takeout. In addition to the signature red pork, we also buy vermicelli sausages. Guests who eat in will also order fried noodles and other staple foods as well as some braised meat to go with it. But my personal recommendation is the red pork.

The red pork is fried very crispy and paired with their special sauce, which is sweet and slightly spicy and tastes very good. Highly recommended! (But try to finish it as early as possible, as the meat will become hard after it cools down)

《朋友推薦系列》 在地高雄人好像都知道的紅槽肉,聽說假日排滿了人潮,那天平日去就可以感受到假日一定人潮眾多,朋友在高雄工作也說有時候平日還不一定買得到。 店家位於旗山老街外面,沒有招牌的老店家,我一度懷疑是不是走錯,還旗山必吃的美食之一,真的不錯,座位數不多,來這裡用餐最好兵分兩路,一個人排隊、一個搶座位,我們坐在餐點製作正前方。 我們點了一碗炒麵 (小)💰35 原本是想吃米粉的後來看到炒麵色澤不錯就換了,結果秒後悔,他們的炒麵很入味但麵的口感已經是爛的程度的,根本不用咬(但我們我喜歡這個口感,老人家牙齒不好很推),感覺應該吃米粉的 肉燥飯 (小)💰30 這碗肉燥飯比炒麵好吃多了拉!! 紅槽肉 💰100、150、200 這招牌紅糟肉,看這顆粒粗細不一的麵衣,看起來就是很香酥脆的那一種,嚐起來不得了,鹹鹹香香還帶甜,是比較偏甜味的紅糟肉,有一種再吃排骨酥的口感,很香很讚🤣 還看到很多客人直接外帶紅槽肉都是150、200的在外帶,盒子裡面肉都炸出來了!! 手工粉腸 💰100、150 我相信這間的手工粉腸外面是真的吃不到,第一次吃到裡面是紅槽肉的粉腸,外面軟Q嫩嫩的裡面肉吃起便扎實,一次滿足。 單點可以吃到酥脆的、粉腸的可以吃到肉香 酸菜豬肚湯 💰30 酸菜豬肚湯顧名思義、嚴格來說中規中矩的湯頭。 ⭕️ ❌沒有冷氣、老店衛生部分看人、要排隊、座位區少建議外帶。 知識補充 經典紅糟肉可食用的紅由來已久 福建泉州一帶的傳統食材「紅糟」,其實就是紅麴米和釀酒剩下的酒餅發酵而成的再製品,把五花肉浸入紅糟製成「紅糟肉」,淡淡酒香與桃紅色澤實為人間美味。 其實,在食物中添加紅麴的另一個目的是為了防腐,因為中國南方氣候溫暖,夏季潮濕,保存食物不易。
