This time I tried two items:
Mung Bean Soup (60 NTD): The sweetness is just right, with plump and soft mung bean grains that have no shell texture. It’s rare to find mung bean soup where the beans are intact and not mushy; when I cook it at home, they usually break or overcook.
Mung Bean Ice Cream Cone (80 NTD): The creamy ice cream has a natural mung bean flavor that isn’t too sweet, and it pairs perfectly with the crispy cone.
Overall, both items are worth trying, especially for those who enjoy refreshing desserts.
