I originally had no expectations for the ice cream, but I ended up really liking it. It's quite large, and I love its milky taste, while the mung bean flavor is a subtle accompaniment. It's very smooth and delicious, but if you are someone who loves a strong mung bean flavor, you might be a little disappointed. The cone itself is also very tasty!
The mung bean soup was obtained through voting that day, and I’m not sure if the original size is the same, so I didn’t price it. The mung bean soup was a bit surprising; I initially thought it would be a beautiful shallow soup, but the mung beans were very plump and cooked to a creamy consistency. It had the skin but you couldn’t taste it, and the texture was excellent. The soup wasn’t too sweet, making it super enjoyable!!
Overall, it was quite impressive because there’s only a branch in Taichung. If I pass by, I would want to stop by and eat again (the staff mentioned that the soft serve is only available at the Qing Shui rest area).
