Today, I enjoyed soft-shell crab and shrimp risotto, family-recipe braised pork rice, chicken broth with shredded bamboo shoots, and white peach jasmine green tea, plus a bottle of soda, totaling 430 NTD.

Soft-shell Crab and Shrimp Risotto:
Crispy fried soft-shell crab is placed whole on top of the rice, accompanied by a generous amount of shrimp, creating a stunning visual presentation. The crunchy crab shell contrasts beautifully with the chewy shrimp. The risotto absorbs the sauce, delivering a slightly sweet flavor, moist texture without being overly sticky, and the cucumber provides a refreshing palate cleanser. It's a remarkably delicious dish.

Family-recipe Braised Pork Rice:
The bone-in pork is stewed until it’s incredibly tender, with a perfect balance of fat and lean meat. Paired with shredded bamboo shoots cooked in chicken broth and pickled vegetables, the whole bowl is deliciously rich. The rice is equally flavorful, with each grain distinct.

Chicken Broth with Shredded Bamboo Shoots:
It has a crunchy texture, is not astringent, and the fibers are delicate, carrying a subtle chicken aroma.

White Peach Jasmine Green Tea:
The tea is crystal clear, and the floral jasmine aroma harmonizes with the fruity white peach scent, providing a refreshing taste that is not overly sweet.

The herbal tea offered in the shop is available for unlimited refills, and its sweet aftertaste with a slight bitterness is not only delicious but also helps cleanse the palate. The spicy pepper sauce and garlic chili sauce pack a high level of heat, highly recommended for spice lovers to try.

Overall, this is a Taiwanese restaurant with delicious dishes and a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant uses QR code ordering, which is quite convenient. Aside from the slightly pricier soft-shell crab, the prices of the other dishes are reasonable, offering great value for money.
