The staff are very talkative and really put effort into attracting customers, but since the store is newly opened, they haven't fully adjusted to the serving pace, so it can be a bit slow.
<About the environment 🐾>
Takeout only, no dine-in available. Located across from the Moral Education College, with a bus stop right at the entrance, so the transportation is decent.
The chicken nugget's juices are not clear if captured this way; the skin is not too dry or thick. It is very easy to chew, has a pretty good texture, and the meat itself is quite tender.
The chicken wings are also quite tasty, the meat quality is just as good, and the juices are all locked inside. Personally, I think it's pretty good.
I ordered meal A, which includes chicken wings, chicken nuggets, and a small drink (because I switched to oolong tea, it costs an additional 5 yuan).
The generous gift of sweet potato tempura is really delicious; it’s not too dry or tough. The outer layer is somewhat soft, while the tempura itself has a bit of a chewy texture. So tasty! 👍

在徳育二專最後一次胖老爹的消費……
雖然是連鎖加盟店，但老闆做這行做了很久很久了XD
點心最愛排行榜一定有甜不辣，這是我的第一名！
最驚豔的是高雄，那甜不辣的吃法多到我到現在還是覺得好滿足。離題了……（:D）
甜不辣：口感Q軟，很有咬勁，以我多年甜不辣達人來說，這甜不辣其實不太合格，因為沒有魚漿的甜味。可是我喜歡甜不辣，吃各式各樣甜不辣是我的快樂。
雞翅：肉酥脆的皮，咬下去體會剛起鍋的快樂，享受肌雞肉跟骨頭的分離，帶著雞汁的甜膩……結論果然只有現炸就吃可以得到快樂，帶回去雖然還是脆，卻少了剛起鍋的快樂。
雖然是快畢業才開立的店，感謝你，讓我除了便利商店及炸雞大師外，還有多一個選擇。

「一道又一道的標準工序，就為了給顧客值得等待的金黃酥脆炸雞」
酥脆金黃的炸雞源自於台中潭子。公務員退休的老爹和老闆娘，偶然機會下接觸了炸雞這個事業，從一個什麼都不懂的門外漢，到每天在廚房與香料雞肉為舞，不斷實驗，最後終於建立起「專屬胖老爹的金黃酥脆炸雞SOP」。
老爹夫妻每天在廚房實驗室超過12個小時，從原料、肉品清洗、獨家醃製、熟成、風味裹粉、包裝、炸製，只為了找到最準確的流程；最後交到消費者手中，再把握機會蒐集寶貴意見，改良成大家喜愛的口味。終於建立起一個專屬台灣的炸雞品牌「胖老爹」，滿足了每張愛吃炸雞的嘴。
胖老爹改變了傳統炸雞預炸的不好習慣，堅持現點現做現炸，雖然消費者等待的時間較長，但當消費者吃到剛起鍋熱騰騰的炸雞，在消費者嘴巴噴汁、口齒吟香的幸福時，都告訴老爹等待是值得的。
