My favorite snack ranking must have "tender fried fish cake" at the top, that's my number one!
What's most impressive is Kaohsiung, where there are so many ways to eat tender fried fish cakes that I still feel very satisfied. Off topic… ( :D )

Tender fried fish cake: the texture is soft with a great chew, but as a long-time expert on tender fried fish cakes, I have to say that this particular one is not quite up to standard because it lacks the sweetness of fish paste. However, I love tender fried fish cakes; eating all kinds of them brings me joy.

Chicken wings: the skin is crispy, and biting into them brings the joy of just being freshly fried. I enjoy the separation of the chicken meat from the bone, with the sweet richness of chicken juice... The conclusion is that only eating them fresh out of the fryer brings happiness; taking them home, while still crispy, loses the joy of being freshly cooked.

Although this shop opened just before graduation, thank you for giving me another option besides convenience stores and fried chicken masters.

「滿200送小點心~」by 下課就走到對面買炸雞的我🤣 <關於餐點🥣> 詳細寫在圖片內唷~ <關於店員👨‍🍳> 店員都很健談,而且也都很用心在招攬客人,但可能因為剛開店,所以還沒有很適應出餐節奏,會有點慢。 <關於環境🐾> 只能外帶沒辦法內用唷,位於德育學院對面,公車站牌就在門口,所以交通還可以。
