During the New Year period, there are not many personal shops open for business. I am very grateful to those who are willing to operate during this time and provide delicious meals for everyone. It's advisable to place orders early for takeout, as the demand is high, and when I arrived, the place was indeed packed.
The dishes offered during the New Year period are somewhat different, and the prices are a bit higher. Some items like fried rice and fried noodles were not available. The Shandong roast chicken was very flavorful and quite delicious, and the braised pork and beef with Chinese broccoli were also tasty, with generous portions. The dish I was most looking forward to, but ended up being the most disappointed with, was the “fly's head.” I don't know if it was a seasoning mistake or not prepared well, but the taste was completely off. It seems they might have left out some ingredients like fermented bean curd or something similar. What a pity.
