What to Eat

This time I came to the Yanji Road in Tucheng, which is a street known for its delicious food.

★ Dishes:
Cabbage Dumplings
Chive Dumplings
10 pieces in total, 40 NT dollars

★ Thoughts:
This price is really not what you’d expect in the north.
When you take a bite of the chive dumplings, you get a mouthful of chives, while the pork is chopped into very fine bits scattered among the chives.
I usually don’t eat chives because I’m afraid they will be too strong in flavor, but at this place, they actually don’t have an overpowering chive taste.

The cabbage dumplings are similar; the texture of the pork is more pronounced than the chives.
However, both types of chives give off a dumpling flavor.
If you’re looking for a filling meat experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
But if you’re occasionally craving dumplings and don’t want to spend a lot of money, this place is quite suitable.

Personally, I prefer the cabbage dumplings; they have a hint of sweetness.
