Using fresh, warm beef delivered directly from Tainan on the same day, we insist on the artisan spirit of freshly cut beef to present the best texture. The broth is made by simmering beef bones with various vegetables and fruits, resulting in a fresh and rich taste that satisfies the palate of every food lover.
The environment is clean and bright. Personally, I prefer the regular raw beef over the top-grade selections. The assorted entrails are also very fresh, and the sweet broth and stir-fried dishes are quite delicious. The homemade chili sauce is impressive, and overall, I really enjoyed the food.
