Reviewer Comment: No Restroom
This time at the "Coconut Grandma - Keelung Main Store" in the Keelung Temple Night Market, I tried several Vietnamese snacks, and overall, it felt pretty good. First, the coconut milk cake (3 pieces for 120 TWD) had an amazing texture because it was freshly fried. I originally only bought one piece, but after eating it, I found it so delicious that I ended up buying two more. The edges were crispy, while the center was soft and chewy, offering different flavors whether hot or cooled down. The Nyonya cake (70 TWD) came with a coconut milk dipping sauce; whether dipped or not, each option has its unique charm, with just the right sweetness and a distinct layered taste. As for the coconut milk tart (110 TWD), it tasted like a sponge cake, which I found to be ordinary, lacking any particularly attractive features. Overall, this shop's desserts lean towards coconut flavors, especially recommending the coconut milk cake, which is worth revisiting.
