Taipei Neihu - A well-known chain hot pot restaurant with a very rich selection of ingredients. There are many types of vegetables and hot pot items here, and the staff provides good service, proactively asking if we need more broth!

This one is the original flavor broth (bonito dashi) without any extra charge. However, this restaurant requires ordering through a QR code scan on your phone, and there was no option for the original broth. So we asked the staff, and he said we needed to ask them to write it down for us.
Since I personally didn’t want a meat combo, this option is a good choice. The pork is sliced very thin, and it tastes tender and not too greasy.

This was ordered by my girlfriend; her favorite is the milk hot pot from this restaurant. The salty creamy flavor is quite enchanting, and it comes with a bit of mushrooms.
The portion of the beef brisket is quite generous, and the slices are relatively thick, but it's richer in fat.

🔹 There are quite a few seats available, accommodating about 30 people. If it's a table for two, you may need to share a table (but there will be a partition).
🔹 There's a free drink bar and ice desserts, along with a self-service seasoning area.

🔹 Dining time is limited to 100 minutes, and a staff member will come to remind you before your time is up.

▶️ Overall Evaluation
🔹 I consider this chain hot pot restaurant to have good quality. The service here is quite nice. Later, when I checked the bill, the total came to NT$990, but I noticed that the prices didn't add up correctly. It seems we were overcharged by NT$60 (I suspect it might be because our table was combined with another). 🥹
