I heard that the stir-fried green beans in this restaurant are unparalleledly delicious, so I visited the restaurant and concluded: it is really delicious! I definitely want to recommend it to more people👍👍👍

The only downside to this meal:

Fried water lotus is really not delicious👎
The water lotus felt a bit too old or had been stored for too long. It was yellow in color, not bright green, not crispy when bitten, and the seasoning was not very fragrant. We didn't finish the entire table. I don’t know why the quality of this dish is so different from other dishes... In short, Shui Lian does not recommend it

My favorite stinky tofu with chopped pepper $120 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5 hearts, great praise! Stinky tofu is very tasty and full of aroma. You can tell that the tofu has gone through many manufacturing methods, and it is definitely not a common texture that can be eaten outside. And the chopped green onions and garlic chili sauce on top are the finishing touch. It’s really invincible to pick it up from the bottom of the tofu and eat it with rice.

What's amazing is that the stinky tofu is not a whole piece in the middle, but stacked in 3 layers! You can see that each layer is filled with special garlic sauce. It is really full of flavor when you bite into it. It has a very juicy and rich stinky tofu flavor. You will definitely fall in love with it.

Stir-fried green beans $240 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The green beans are stir-fried over high heat, and the sauce is stir-fried until the flavor is thoroughly absorbed, and the excess water is completely absorbed. It tastes very salty and refreshing, and goes very well with rice! We finished the plate of green beans in one go and wanted more. Garlic white pork $260 It's a pretty delicious cold dish. The three-layered meat is topped with a special sauce and served with shredded ginger. It's delicious but not greasy.

Laodan fried rice $180 I have to say that this dish was randomly ordered by us, but it was surprisingly delicious. It looks like a simple egg fried rice dish, but the sauce inside can enhance the flavor of the rice. Every bite of the rice tastes good, and I am very satisfied.

Spicy Chicken with Spicy Pepper $310 The special sauce drizzled on top is fragrant and not spicy, and you can taste garlic, peanuts and coriander to add depth. The chicken is tender and tender, but overall it’s delicious!

I forgot what this is But it’s also a fried bean shredded dish that goes very well with rice. It’s just salty enough to go with a bowl of rice (I’ve already eaten several bowls of rice after this meal😂)

Scalloped chicken pot $780 (small) Actually, it means scallop chicken soup. You have to call them to prepare this dish first. After all, making soup is a complicated craft. What’s amazing is that for just over 700 for a pot of soup, you can eat a whole chicken, and there is also scallop meat that can be eaten with the soup. It tastes fresh and sweet, and it’s really worth the money👍
