This time, we came to "Xiang La La," a restaurant that specializes in authentic Hunan cuisine. As soon as we stepped in, we were surrounded by the intense aroma of spiciness. It felt like every dish was proclaiming, "If you’re not afraid of spicy, come and try!"

We first ordered

Finally, the Mashed Chili Eggplant with Century Egg presented a striking combination of eggplant and century egg, beautifully enhanced by the mashed chili, delivering both the kick of the chili and the essence of the ingredients, creating a layered and unforgettable taste.
