Environment
The environment inside the store is somewhat cramped, with seating primarily at the bar that can accommodate about 12 people. Unlike most barbecue restaurants that use gas cooking, this place specializes in charcoal grilling🔥. If the owner looks at reviews, I’d suggest that since there are no drawers or hooks🪝 at the bar, providing a storage basket for coats or bags would be very convenient.
Meals
The meals are all à la carte, and side dishes and water come with an extra charge💰💰. Since there are many items to choose from, here are a few recommended dishes:
📍 A5 Wagyu Beef 💰 320
There’s currently a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Wagyu! The owner says everything is measured by weight. Two portions provide a total of 8 slices, which is perfect for sharing. The marbling is also very even, and it’s incredibly delicious with a bit of salt😋.
📍 Thick-cut Beef Tongue 💰 380
Both thick and thin cuts are measured by weight. This time, I selected the thick-cut, which has a total of three slices, about one centimeter thick. The beef tongue is grilled to medium and served with scallion salt, and it’s highly recommended👍.
📍 Rice Accompaniment Sausage 💰 120
This sausage differs from the plain sausages available on the market. It resembles traditional sorghum sausage in appearance, and when grilled, the aroma is enticing, especially when paired with garlic🧄—it’s really good with rice!
📍 Chuck Flap (Hane-shita) 💰 180
Chuck flap comes from the front belly of the beef and has rich fat content. After grilling, it becomes very tender. If you have a large appetite and budget considerations, chuck flap is a great choice!
Parking
Motorcycles🛵 can be parked at the store’s entrance.
Cars🚗 can also park at the entrance, but if it’s full, you can use the underground parking lot of the market, which costs 💰30/hr.
Service
Basic services include changing the grill and clearing empty plates. The staff is very busy, so if you need assistance, you should be proactive. Since the table is small, the plates of meat can quickly fill up!
