Personally, I really like peeled chili related dishes~
(Chicken soup with peeled pepper and clams and peeled pepper skewers are both delicious)
I don’t think any of the dishes are outstanding. The only slight drawback may be that those who usually eat light food may find some dishes a bit salty🤏
