Someone wants to eat sushiro for lunch, and there is one not far from the company.
I am also a regular customer of Sushi Lang. I love Sushi Lang’s black tuna very much. The CP value is really high. My own order is the black tuna. Each order is always served with French fries, cheese sticks and beer. It is a very satisfying meal.
However, the quality of sushiro is not very stable, and sometimes you get a big belly that is not OK. If it can be improved, it will be 5 stars.
Tuna belly is a dish with quite stable quality.
This is what I call a poor-quality belly, which cannot form a piece of meat at all.
Sautéed belly is also a dish that is unlikely to cause any problems.
