Wasabi cold noodles $65, the taste is quite good, and the texture of the noodles is just right, so we finished it as soon as it was served.
Rich tonkotsu egg drop soup $50, with an added serving of Japanese lobster salad balls (three pieces for $30). The broth is very delicious, and the egg drop is very smooth. Adding the balls to the soup makes the entire egg drop soup very rich and tasty.
The pickled mustard greens with shredded pork soup $80 can have many types of noodles added. I chose Korean Q-style ramen (an extra $10 for ramen). Overall, it was quite delicious. The Korean Q-style ramen also doesn’t get too soft from soaking in the soup for too long and maintains a good texture.
There aren't many seats in the shop, and the owner is very polite and friendly. They offer free vinegar to drink.
