Fried rice noodles + 4⭐️

I personally quite like this type of fried rice noodles; they are not too wet and rather dry. The ingredients are decent, just the usual ones you see everywhere. Those who like it spicy should be careful, as this place is really quite spicy—consider pairing it with a drink.

Blanched vegetables + 3⭐️

I think the taste of the vegetables is okay; the braising sauce complements the vegetables well and helps to mask their unique flavor.

Oyster omelette + 3⭐️

The edges of the oyster omelette are not very crispy, and I personally prefer the crispy parts, so that’s a bit disappointing for me. The amount of oysters given is average, and there is not much vegetable. Overall, the omelette is mostly egg, but the flavor is not bad, and the sauce really adds a nice touch.

Mixed meatball soup + 3⭐️

The seasoning of the soup is just right, and I think three meatballs is a decent amount (considering the overall portion). It includes pork balls and fish balls, but the type of fish ball is not the kind I love, which is a pity 🥺

<About the staff 👨‍🍳>

There are two staff, one at the front and one at the back, and the food is served very quickly. However, they might not interact much with customers because they seem quite busy. 🤣

Located on the basement level of the Municipal Transfer Station, it might be hard to find a seat when it gets crowded.
