💙ELF Check-in List

As of now, I still don't know how Kyuhyun found such local hidden gourmet spots (truly deserving of the name🤣). To my shame, I often eat and shop in this area and had no idea this place existed.
But this beef noodle shop is undoubtedly a hidden gem; many office workers come here to dine, and since the seating is limited, the lunch rush often fills the place up.

🍜 Braised Pork Knife-Cut Noodles (Large Bowl/Soup) $65
The braised pork is made from pork, so friends who don’t eat beef can enjoy their meal worry-free 😌👌🏻

The knife-cut noodles are average, but the braised pork, meat chunks, and broth are all excellent! The braised pork melts in your mouth with just a little nibble, blending perfectly with the soup; the savory flavor of the pork combined with the fresh and slightly sweet taste of the broth is the true soul of this dish.
The meat chunks need a good chew, and the serving size is quite generous; the flavor isn’t overpowering, allowing for a pleasant experience, and paired with the appropriate amount of bean sprouts, the entire bowl feels light—never overwhelming.
One special feature of this shop is the pickled cabbage; the owner has a note on the blackboard stating it is very spicy and asks you to take an appropriate amount. I, afraid of extreme spiciness, opted not to try it.

After finishing this bowl of braised pork noodles, considering the quality and portion size, I find it very affordable and worthwhile.

❗️The above is based on personal taste preferences; please consider accordingly, thank you~
