I have eaten at Dian Zhengxian several times, and this time I can finally clarify the value of this restaurant - not raw food, but cooked food!
This seems to be a more upscale sushi restaurant in the Zhengxian Group. However, after actual experience, I found that its strength is that every meal ordered on the mobile phone is delivered immediately, and will be delivered to your seat soon via the "Shinkansen train", making the ordering experience faster.
The oysters in tartar sauce are above par, and the fried oysters are fresh and have no fishy smell.
The salty and crispy set meal is an excellent late-night snack combination that appears in the Zhengxian Group restaurant. Although it is a little unconventional, it is really delicious! The fried food is mainly squid, and the lemon cola is refreshing but not too sweet.
The sea urchin and tuna puree mini donburi, the sea urchin is extremely fishy, but the tuna puree tastes very good, I really wish there was no sea urchin on it.
