❤️ The provincial chain restaurant "Six Mouths" famous for its spicy stinky tofu (that's what I call it) has found another perfect waiter here. It feels so good to be back in Taiwan.

📍 This place is located on Bo'ai Street in the Shulin Night Market, and there are many indoor seating options (about 9 tables), and a restroom is available.
🚗 If driving, I recommend parking at the Yongqi parking lot at the entrance of Shulin Night Market (20 NTD per hour), and it's about a 3-minute walk over.
🏍️ Motorcycles can park for free in the motorcycle parking area of Yongqi parking lot.
💬 It's been a long time since I had "Six Mouths," and I completely forgot what to order. The staff was very friendly and suggested we try the signature stinky tofu with intestines, also letting us know it includes all the side dishes, except for the spicy egg. Before I could think it through, I ordered, and I had to order the main dish separately.
The restaurant environment is bright, dishes are served quickly, and they proactively provided a small bowl. Plus, none of their products contain beef, making it suitable for customers who don't eat beef.
Word of the day: 吅, pronounced "xuan," means bustling and grand, and is an alternative form of the character 喧.

The duck blood from the restaurant is super tender, like jelly, and it's really amazing! Even in the hot summer, the place is always packed! The duck blood is smooth and flavorful, the stinky tofu is rich and aromatic, and there's also the chewy, soup-soaked dry rice noodles that warm up your whole body. After eating, my mood becomes especially good; this place is truly addictive!
