Currently, my favorite seafood flavor is from Menya Musashi. The fish taste isn’t too strong and it’s my favorite sweet flavor! 😍

Today, I ordered the seafood soy sauce flavor with chicken and char siu. The chicken doesn’t have a fishy taste and is tender, not dry. Compared to the pork char siu, it’s much fresher.

I highly recommend three ways to enjoy the broth:

  1. Original flavor
  2. With yuzu vinegar
  3. With soup stock

All of them are fantastic!

Key point!
I highly recommend their fried items; you have to order the chicken wings.

There’s also the limited edition black char siu rice available on holidays. It also has a sweet flavor that makes it hard to resist eating several bites! However, the downside is that they give too much sauce, making it a bit overwhelming towards the end. But I’d still order it!

The translation of "粗麵" to English is "thick noodles."
I think there is a bit too much sauce with the char siu rice.

店內環境 💺座位主要集中在圓弧形吧台,窗邊也有兩組兩人桌桌區,總共約莫有 20 個座位。 以吧檯座位為主,讓人有一種親密且專注於拉麵的氛圍,店內也設有一些雙人桌,適合小組用餐。 座位上貼心地配有冰水、柚子醋和辣椒,客人可以根據個人口味自由添加調味料來調整口味。 這裡的拉麵可依照原配麵體免費加麵一次。 選擇粗麵的話,請在點餐前告知服務人員,加麵量為半球;選擇細麵則是在用餐後告知,加麵量為一球。 店內還提供了微調味的清高湯,可以用來調整湯頭的鹹淡,有需求的客人可以向服務人員詢問。 餐點介紹 🍜 這次我點了「味玉叉燒黑角煮拉麵」,內容非常豐富,包含兩塊角煮、筍乾、蔥花、一片海苔以及一整顆味玉。 麵條是粗麵,帶有彈性且不失嚼勁,口感相當不錯。 但這碗拉麵最讓我喜愛的部分是它的湯頭! 這款湯頭是以豚骨為基底,搭配魚介湯的雙重風味,兩者的比例調和得恰到好處,讓湯頭濃郁香醇且層次分明。 一喝就能感受到它的深度和複雜性,雖然略偏鹹,但非常順口,是店家的特色之一。 在享用拉麵前,我建議可以先品嚐一下原味的湯頭,然後再將桌上提供的柴魚片拌入湯中。 這些柴魚片在上桌前已經淋過熱油,增添了特別的香氣,與湯頭結合後更是絕妙。 麵條本身吸附湯汁的效果很好,每一口都能感受到濃郁的湯頭與Q彈麵條的完美結合。 味玉的蛋黃如膏狀般綿密,入口即化,令人難忘。 至於角煮控肉,果然沒有讓人失望,雖然偏肥,但並不會有油膩感,反而入口即化,豐富了整體的口感。 總結 整體來說,適合口味較重的拉麵愛好者,尤其是他們的雙湯頭,實在讓人上癮。 他們的「味玉叉燒黑角煮拉麵」,豚骨與魚介的完美結合讓湯頭濃郁而順口,是我最愛的一道
