This is a long-established mutton stove restaurant with a history of more than 30 years, located between Yongchun and Houshanpi Station.
Why do you know this place? In fact, it has something to do with Ramen Boy’s previous collaborative ramen.

During the summer off-season for mutton hotpot, Alibaba collaborated with Ramen Master to launch mutton hotpot ramen. It was a crazy challenge on a hot day, but the strong mutton flavor made me decide that I must come to our store to try the authentic mutton hotpot in winter.

Four people visited today, and the total meal cost was about 2,600 yuan.
The signature charcoal-grilled mutton stove comes with a vegetable plate. The mutton is in large pieces with skin. In addition to enjoying the rich charcoal-grilled atmosphere, the texture of the elastic sheepskin is simply addictive.

The green vegetables themselves are of good quality, and the rich mutton soup brings out all kinds of freshness and sweetness. It is really enjoyable to taste.

The mutton fat noodles are quite satisfactory. The store said that one portion of noodles is enough for two people, but we felt that it would not be enough for four people, and the portion was quite sufficient.

The store also provides stir-fry service. We chose the signature three-cup lamb chop. It takes some time to prepare. When it was served, the strong three-cup aroma was mixed with the unique fragrance of the sheep. The fat of the lamb was perfectly locked in. In the meat, the right amount of fire makes the lamb chops chewy but not dry. The store jokingly calls them a lamb chop shop that is delayed by the mutton stove, which is not an exaggeration.
Although I also think the mutton stove is great 😂

Overall, when the weather gets colder, I will definitely think of this delicious mutton stove, because it may not be suitable for two people to visit, but even if you don’t have too many people, it’s definitely not a bad idea to take it home.
