This time, I chose the "48H + A" option, which uses a base of cold-pressed yogurt fermented for 48 hours, combined with fresh fruits and nut granola. The yogurt itself has a very solid texture; it is creamy yet smooth, lacking the astringent sourness typically found in sugar-free yogurts from supermarkets. Instead, it has a warm, naturally milky fermented flavor that feels particularly high-quality. Although the overall portion isn't large, every bite is substantial, giving the impression of "carefully crafted yogurt."

The ingredients were also satisfying. The fruits were all very fresh; on the day I visited, I had guava, cantaloupe, watermelon, and grapes. Their colorful appearance and refreshing texture created a perfect contrast with the thick yogurt. The nuts and granola included almonds, cashews, walnuts, and oats, providing a rich variety and distinct texture that enhances the chewiness and balances the overall nutrition.
