Received a Michelin one star ⭐️ Each dish is full of thoughtfulness
Blending Eastern and Western ingredients and cultures, each dish is carefully introduced upon serving.
What impressed me the most was the Gua Bao! It contained Wagyu beef and duck liver, making the meat juicy; I really enjoyed this blend of East and West. Another surprise was the sheep cheese in the first picture, although the lamb flavor was quite strong here.
Before dessert, they asked if we wanted to add noodles? They were concerned that we might not be full (laughs).
I decided to skip the oil-splashed noodles since they contained cilantro sauce.
They even prepared a small gift for us to take home.
What we took home was a small portion of pasta sauce/noodles/drinks, along with a card that had the complete English menu.
