This time, I ordered "Roll Fries / Yogurt Onion." The fries themselves performed quite well; the roll fries were intact, fried to a golden crisp. The exterior was thin and crispy, while the inside maintained a soft texture. Even when slightly cold, they didn’t quickly become greasy. In terms of frying technique and fry quality, it’s considered to be of a good standard.

The problem lies in the flavoring. The yogurt onion flavor was rather ordinary; it was essentially just a layer of seasoning powder sprinkled on the fried fries.
